When we saw Bob’s work at our neighbor’s house, where he built a beautiful brick patio and later a bricked driveway, we knew he was the man to tackle the mess of our backyard. He and his crew worked professionally; removing junipers, over-grown flowers, trees, years-old-mulch – replacing the landscape with sod. He created a lovely backyard lawn, pleasing to ourselves and our neighbors.

We were so pleased with his work, that we retained him this summer (2017) to improve the curb appeal of our house. The project included significant grading, building a new retaining wall, curved walkway and front porch with pavers, plus two stone gardens. He gave us advice on plantings of shrubs and perennials, and most importantly, advice on keeping our fire mitigation plan intact.

Bob’s crew, Marshall and Jack, are skilled and careful machine operators, stone cutters, and brick layers. They are self-starters – bright, imaginative unfailingly polite, prompt, exacting, and positive young men.

All are prompt and neat. The job was completed on time and there were no unexpected cost-overruns. We highly recommend Innovative landscapes. Ten out of ten.
